    1. District, taluk, and shop logins are restricted to authorized personnel assigned by the Welfare Board.
    2. Credentials are provided exclusively for designated individuals and are non-transferable.
    3. Each login user must adhere to the roles and responsibilities defined by the Welfare Board.

  2. Usage of Login Systems

    1. Login systems must only be used for authorized activities related to the welfare progress.
    2. Unauthorized access or use of the system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
    3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  3. Data Submission and Accuracy

    1. All data submitted through the shop, taluk, or district portals must be accurate and complete.
    2. False or misleading information entered into the system will result in disciplinary action and possible termination of access.

  4. Approval Workflow

    1. Shop-level users must collect applications and forward them to taluk-level users for verification.
    2. Taluk-level users must verify applications and escalate unresolved cases to the district level.
    3. District-level users have the authority to approve escalated cases and oversee welfare disbursements.

  5. Accountability and Reporting

    1. Users must maintain detailed records of all actions performed using their login.
    2. Reports generated through the system should be accurate and shared in a timely manner as per board instructions.

  6. Compliance with Policies

    1. All users must comply with the Welfare Board’s rules, government guidelines, and the Tamil Nadu Manual Laborers (Regulation of Employment and Working Conditions) Act, 1982.
    2. Users found violating these policies may face suspension of access and other penalties.

  7. System Security

    1. Users must log out after completing their work to prevent unauthorized access.
    2. Any suspected breach of security must be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    1. The Welfare Board is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  9. Termination of Access

    1. Access to district, taluk, and shop logins may be revoked if a user is found misusing the system or violating terms.
    2. The Welfare Board reserves the right to suspend or modify login access at its discretion.

  10. Amendments to Terms

    1. These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of changes and must agree to updated terms to continue using the system.
