- All data submitted through the shop, taluk, or district portals must be accurate and complete.

- Shop-level users must collect applications and forward them to taluk-level users for verification.
- Taluk-level users must verify applications and escalate unresolved cases to the district level.
- District-level users have the authority to approve escalated cases and oversee welfare disbursements.

Accountability and Reporting
- Users must maintain detailed records of all actions performed using their login.
- Reports generated through the system should be accurate and shared in a timely manner as per board instructions.

Compliance with Policies
- All users must comply with the Welfare Board’s rules, government guidelines, and the Tamil Nadu Manual Laborers (Regulation of Employment and Working Conditions) Act, 1982.
- Users found violating these policies may face suspension of access and other penalties.
